Receive

To enable collaboration in a shared model, all project members must share and receive changes regularly. This ensures that your local project is up to date with the shared model.

To share changes and receive updates, use Receive and Share on the Home tab. It is important to share often because the local workset is not backed up on your local computer. 

Use Receive to update your workset with changes that others have made to the shared model so that the tasks and features in your workset are in sync with what the other team members have.

A dialog pops up checking for changes in the unified model.  Then a dialog pops up showing all the model changes, with tasks listed on the left and features listed on the right. You will see who made the change and when it was done. Click the items in the list to read the comments that are attached to the share operation. By default, all shared changes are shown. Select specific selections in the dropdown at the top of the list.

Review the changes, then click Receive all changes to update your workset.
