If you want to open a 3D view, select tasks and features in the process tree, right-click and select View in 3D.
If you want to view objects, or tasks in a plan view, mark the tasks and features you want to view, right-click and select View in 3D.
A new temporary tab opens.
Orbit - Navigate in the model.
Navigate along an alignment or linear feature - Pick any linear object to follow, choose a speed, and press PLAY. You can zoom in and out and move around while moving along the alignment.
Note: If you use Pan mode active, use press ALT to shift to Orbit mode.
Drag-and-drop to add features to the views - To add more features to a view use drag-and-drop. Mark tasks or features in the process tree, Click-and-drag them into the view. Note the small plus sign next to the arrow when dragging features into the view.
If you want to remove anything from the view, press and hold SHIFT, and drag the same task or feature into the view. Note the minus sign next to the arrow.
Arrange the views on screen - All view tabs can be arranged on the screen. The default setting is on top of each other, but you can place them side by side, and also detach and move to another screen.
If you want a view tab to go full screen, double-click the tab one or two times to circle through the different view modes.
